Guarantee policy

Our flowers delivered to us twice a week. We do our best to request the freshest and most beautiful flowers for our designs. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell if they have been held for a longer time with the growers. We appreciate you understanding and informing us if there are any concerns when you receive your flowers.

To insure long lasting beautiful flowers please add fresh water to your flowers as soon as you receive them because water may spill during delivery. For long lasting blooms, change the water every other day, and add the flower food packet included. Keep the flowers away from direct heat, sunlight and away from fruits.

You can expect the flowers to last 3-7 days. As flowers are a perishable item, some flowers will not last as long due to their delicacy. We design with some flowers open and some closed so that you can enjoy the beauty over a few days. This is especially the case with the peonies. Removing blooms as they fade will help the other flowers stay fresh.

If your flowers do not last 3 days, please email a photo to info@scarlettblooms.com right away so that we can send you a replacement. If you do not want a replacement, we can keep a credit on file for your next purchase. We must receive photos and any concerns within 48 hours of delivery
